I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
This depends on your order's status:
- Before Your Order Ships: Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update it as long as the order has not yet been processed.
- After Your Order Ships: We cannot change the destination of an order that is already in transit. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.
