My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package. What should I do?

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Delivery Location: Look around your property, including porches, side doors, planters, and with any reception or mailroom staff.
  2. Wait 24 Hours: Carriers sometimes mark a package as "Delivered" prematurely. It may arrive within the next business day.
  3. Contact Support: If the package has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact our support team. All missing package claims must be filed within 10 days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate a formal trace and lost package investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
