    Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To resolve the issue, we will require your order number and photo verification of the damage. Once the claim is verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed for shipment.

  • Chargebacks: We are committed to resolving all issues directly with our customers. Please contact our support team first to allow us to address any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as fraud, and we will pursue the matter accordingly.
